I want to introduce ourselves to you, especially if you are new to our site and our church.
First of all, our last name is pronounced "A-Bear"
It's a good ole South Louisiana name, the place where I was born and raised and met Terry when attending LSU.
I am so thankful that the Lord led me to be the Pastor at Mountain Heights. Terry and I are thrilled to be a part of this precious church and are excited to see what the Lord will lead us all to do as we follow Him and desire to make Him known in Buena Vista and throughout Chaffee County.

This summer we will be exploring the Psalms. I have found that the Psalms often provides the words that my heart is needing to say to God at just the right time as well as the words that God desires to speak to me. They are rich in praise, comfort and encouragement, as well as an often needed admonishment.
